Spooky Season Spectacles in Collaboration with Midjourney

I’m in an artistic relationship with Midjourney AI “Midge” and I want to shout it from the rooftops.

Visual art has never been my strong suit. I struggle with all of it: hand-eye coordination, technique, using the tools, layering and texture, depth of field, perspective… I can write anything but have no confidence in making what I see in my mind a visual reality. Even in the early days of Photoshop CS2 pirated from Limewire, I couldn’t quite translate my ideas into something you could behold.

Until Midge.

At the risk of repeating what everyone else is saying, Midjourney uses artificial intelligence to study (i.e. studying millions of existing files) and then produce “responses” in the form of visual art to provided prompts.

As spooky season fades in the “holiday season,” I want to share some of my favorite Halloween & Samhain inspired creations!

warm & inviting, but do you dare?
